Alternative Car Fuels Are Becoming More Popular
The rise in gas prices has diverted the thoughts of people to fuel sources that can be an efficient alternative to the existing ones. May 2008 saw average gas prices in the United States nearing, and in some places going above, $4.00 per gallon, breaking records. However, this was not at all new to consumers of America. The month of May created a lot of records, and it occurred after months of surging prices. Those who adapted early are making the move to hybrid cars already, and in the end, we all will be traveling on gasoline-free vehicles.
Researchers say that alternative fuels alone cannot be considered a way for achieving mobility that can be sustained. However, the analysis they conducted places hybrid vehicles and petrol right at the brink of the table when every energy factors from consumer use to source are considered.
